We cannot solve the climate crisis without solving the nature crisis. According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), climate change has a natural solution, which includes land conservation. The IPCC report emphasizes that “taking action now can secure our future” and something that we can do (individually and collectively) is to see and act on the opportunity to protect land and water that still remains in a natural state.
